I love my profession and am constantly developing in it. The main value of the profession for me is the opportunity to qualitatively and professionally help people in solving their personal problems.
I consider my main qualities as a professional to be the ability to listen and hear, a non-judgmental attitude towards the client’s problem, caring attitude towards his personality, the ability to support and inspire.
I work in the Gestalt approach, where the main focus is a person’s feelings and emotions that are not lived through in certain periods of life (usually in childhood) and which are accumulated unconscious “ballast” for him, preventing him from understanding and realizing his important life needs. In the process of Gestalt therapy, these feelings are found, explored, realized and lived in a safe environment, as a result of which the client’s vital energy is released, which is used for personal growth and searching for qualitatively new ways to solve life’s problems.
To put it simply and briefly about Gestalt therapy, it is a process of sincere human interaction that occurs in certain conditions, spatial and temporal, and has the goal of helping the client understand himself and find new, most vibrant forms of his interaction with the world!
