My name is Inna, I am a certified psychologist, certified gestalt therapist, group therapist and supervisor, coach, author and training presenter.

I work with adults and children with:
- problems in interpersonal relationships (with the opposite sex, partner, family, child-parent, relationship at work/school);
- problems with self-esteem and self-confidence;
- anxiety, phobias, panic attacks;
- depression;
- traumatic experience, grief, loss, separation;
- psychosomatic disorders;
- eating disorders;
- family and age-related crises, including family crises such as infidelity, divorce;
- issues of stress and burnout at work;
- issues of goal setting and achieving goals;
- issues of understanding and awareness of oneself, one’s feelings, needs and desires, including determining a profession (career guidance for both adults and adolescents).

Additionally for women.
I work with:
- fears/problems with pregnancy and gestation;
- postpartum depression;
- issues of education and relationships with children of different ages.

My approach: sensitive, careful, individual, creative, confidential.
I combine the approaches of Gestalt therapy, art therapy, coaching and personal experience in my work.

Long-term and short-term individual or family therapy, counseling, coaching.

I provide consultations in person and online on weekdays and weekends from 9:00 to 21:00. We will agree on a specific time separately.
