My name is Gasparyan Maya and I am glad to welcome you to my page.
I am a licensed psychologist, certified gestalt therapist, systemic family therapist, addiction specialist, business coach, group therapist and supervisor.
In the course of my practice, meeting different people in various crises, helping them overcome them, admiring the inner world of everyone, I became convinced that any crisis, no matter how difficult and painful it may be, is a place of growth and transition to a qualitatively better stage of life. And it is at this moment that you need help and support in order to move forward and continue to live brightly and fully.
Every person who finds himself in a difficult situation is looking for a place where they can hear and understand.
Working with me will help you find a way out of the impasse and learn to look for it in the future, relying on your own resources, uniqueness and experience.
You are capable of a lot and my task is to teach you to see it!
Therapy comes in different forms:
1. Short-term psychological consultations.
2. Long-term psychological support for individuals or families.
3. Conducting therapeutic or thematic groups.
I help when people want:
- solve problems in family (partnership) relationships. I accept both couples and extended family members,
- cope with anxiety, fears, feelings of anger, guilt, shame and resentment,
- overcome the fear of loneliness and build relationships,
- get rid of low self-esteem, self-doubt, shyness,
- get out of crisis life situations (loss, divorce, difficult choices),
- face and live your trauma (psychological, physical and sexual violence),
- cope with codependent relationships that have been tormenting for many years,
- develop yourself and improve the quality of your conscious life.
And if you yourself are a psychologist, you can sign up for supervision to solve emerging difficulties in your practice.
I do not stop in my own development and fill my work with new techniques, skills and knowledge. The basis of my work is my involvement in the problems that the client has entrusted to me, empathy for his condition and presence in contact with my own genuine feelings and emotions that arise during therapy.
