Useful tips on how to find your psychologist:

- look for your person, with whom it is pleasant and comfortable for you to communicate, who can accept and analyze with “loving eyes” all the situations that you will share;
- don’t chase titles, certificates, experience, the price tag is growing, but the quality is not always there;
- a trial conversation is always good;
- if they promise a quick result, don’t believe it, in psychology everything is like in the gym;
- find out how long and how the psychologist himself solved his psychological problems. Avoiding an answer or asserting that he did not have them is aggression;
- it’s worth asking how things are going in the area with which you plan to contact him. The specialist may not understand it
