I love Fitness Project, I visit it almost every day. I really like group training, especially Pilates, yoga, and stretching. I recently started working out personally with a trainer in the gym, the results are already visible - I’ve lost 7 kg in a month! And to keep my skin in good condition, once a week on weekends I go for a massage, they do it very professionally. The club is spacious, there are many different exercise equipment, a large cardio area. Polite administrators.
