I am deeply disappointed from visiting this salon on July 22, 2023. I've been going since 2015. for extensions and for the first time I encountered such deception and irresponsibility of the salon. 1. The level of the master stated on the website does not correspond to the quality of work. The eyelash extensions started peeling off after 4 hours. I noticed eyelashes without their relatives on my arm and clothes. (photo attached) Master expert for classics 1800 rubles, but the work of a trainee. 2. They don't respect customers. 1) They offered to correct it and re-glue it where it fell out. When she explained that she had signed up with an expert, and not with an intern, that there was no time to go and redo it. 2) Then 10% discount on your next visit. 3) Only after I said that I wouldn’t come and would write everywhere, they offered to redo it for free from a technologist. No respect for the client and no desire to correct. 3. They are not responsible for their mistakes. I had to sign documents of 3 pages, where all the cases were described, for which the master was NOT RESPONSIBLE for poor quality work. Before the build-up, the admin brought out the papers.
