Super Poleca salon: TakTattoo parlor Revolver, based on personal experience, is still the best of its kind, if you look around Novosibirsk. Firstly, it is very sterile and clean, so there is absolutely no fear of catching some kind of infection. Secondly, the craftsmen here are smart, so there has never been a desire to somehow correct their work. Plus a fairly reasonable price tag, despite the best reputation in the city.
