My name is Elena and I am a practicing psychologist, Master of Psychology.
I work in a multimodal approach, carefully and clearly selecting one or another therapy for each client individually.
I really love working with the family, building a genosociogram. I restore connections, remove settings and templates, and also break loyalties carefully and gently.
I teach you to love without judgment. I help with psychological infertility.
I work with teenagers
With children from 6 to 9 years old through adults.
I adhere to quick therapy, I process a request in an average of 5 meetings, but everything is individual, for some two is enough and for others 5 is not enough. But I don’t keep you in therapy and I don’t give you help; I teach you independence with the help of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
I use Art techniques and methods of Psychodrama, NLP techniques for meditation and working with images. I use Mac cards for quick access to the unconscious.
Well, and a lot more, but this is my individual strategy in work.
I work with all requests, except bulimia and anorexia.
I accompany LGBT clients, support them, and provide gentle therapy.
I work with depression, fears and phobias.
I will help you get married and find a groom.
I work with relationships, parents, children, spouses.
