Why do people work out with a trainer?! Every fitness trainer-blogger can read that: “this is a wildly difficult path and I will help you go through it with you” looks like an advertisement for a rehabilitation clinic. Of course, a coach is needed primarily to achieve your goals! Often, coaches are told things that are not said to friends and family and even psychologists, so combining the services of a psychologist, coach, and friend will lead you to achieving your goals. A coach is not a motivator! The motivator is you! And a coach is a kind of guide in achieving your goals.
