Since school, I have been interested in PP and everything related to healthy lifestyle (for more than 10 years). I do sports as much: fitness, boxing, swimming, shooting, running. I study dietetics, weight correction methods and health issues. I am constantly developing my skills and knowledge in this direction. Completed additional training (Academy of Bodybuilding and Fitness). He invested hundreds of thousands of rubles in his own experimental research. Conducted an analysis of various methods of recovery. I checked it in practice using my body. The results were documented using extensive analyses. I understand all types of diets, I can easily justify the pros and cons of any type of nutrition/weight correction program. I have knowledge of anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, biomechanics, rational balanced nutrition, sports nutrition. I work with people of any level of training and with any goals, remotely or in person!
