I use natural hydrosols as a tonic, and when performing massages I use eco-friendly, natural cosmetics and oils. I minimize the use of plastic and other petroleum products as much as possible. Consumables are mostly all biodegradable.

For massage, the session time is at least 1.5 hours (more attention to problem areas plus hand massage).
