The main method that I use in my work is Jungian analysis and Jungian sand therapy, a highly effective therapy that addresses the human unconscious. Since 95% of our mental processes are controlled by the unconscious mind, it is extremely important to be in tune with it. Our unconscious speaks to us in the language of symbols and by building stories in sandy space with the help of figures, a person gains access to emotions, complexes, phobias, parental directives, and unused resources that have been repressed into the unconscious. Jungian in-depth analysis allows you to work through them, get relief from psychological trauma, neuroses, get rid of addictions, and get into a resourceful state.
