Сергей Леонидович
Psychiatrist, psychotherapist, psychologist-trainer, specialist in the field of alternative medicine and developmental psychotechnics, with more than 30 years of practical experience.
I work with clients individually, in groups (trainings, master classes), in the form of open discussions (seminars) at home.
An individual, holistic approach to clients is fundamental to me, even in the case of group classes. Counseling or therapy for a person (not a problem), respecting their inner world, in the context of their unique life circumstances. The ideal result of therapy is a confident, adaptive person, motivated for self-development based on his own resources.
Areas of work:
Neuroses, anxiety states, depressive states, family disharmony, sexual dysfunctions, psychosomatics, addictions, including using hypnotic methods, examination of borderline mental states, unusual states of consciousness, developmental psychotechnics (self-regulation, disclosure of creative potential), life crises (failures, experience of loss, loss of motivation, meaning in life, professional burnout).
I work individually with the body: holistic, energy massage, adjustment of the musculoskeletal system, selection of exercises, psychophysical practices, optimal diet and lifestyle recommendations. I help in matters of self-realization, strategies for solving life problems and setting goals
Group work:
Personal growth, creative self-realization, spiritual growth, ecology of consciousness (working with “altered states of consciousness”), training in protection against manipulation, training in sensitivity (expanding perception, developing attention, meditation), revealing creative abilities, body-oriented psychotherapy.
I conduct on-site master classes, trainings and retreats near the Pushkin Mountains (Pskov region), dedicated to interaction with nature, elemental energies, collecting medicinal herbs, bath procedures, and psychotechniques for spiritual growth.
Medical practice experience:
• 1886 - 1889 Psychiatrist, head of the department of psychoneurological boarding school, Budogoshchsky PNI, village. Budogoshch, Leningrad region.
• 1989 – 1990 Head of the psychiatric department of the medical cooperative "Hippocrates", Leningrad.
• 1990 – 1994 Chief physician of the small enterprise "Merlin", St. Petersburg.
• 1994 – 1995 Doctor - psychotherapist at KVD No. 7, St. Petersburg.
• 1995 - 1999 Psychologist - HR consultant, JSC "SPb Les", St. Petersburg.
• 1999 – 2002 Doctor-psychotherapist State Healthcare Institution “Center for Rehabilitation Treatment for Children No. 3 “Biosvyaz”, St. Petersburg.
