My name is Sergey Motovnikov - I am a clinical psychologist and my job is to help people solve a variety of problems:
- Feeling of crisis in life.
- Persuading anxiety and worries.
- Difficulties in relationships with others and loved ones.
- Decreased activity, uncertainty about the future.
- Dependence on alcohol, psychoactive substances, computer games and gambling.
- Professional burnout or lack of job prospects.
- Problems in raising a child.
- The need for personal development.

Such problems are normal, and every person faces one or another. However, we are not always able to overcome them on our own.

Your questions will be treated with due attention, respect and support. We will work together, so you can always learn about the methods that will be used. The main task is to give you back the opportunity to live comfortably and teach you to easily cope with difficulties!

In my work I use an integrative approach, which includes elements of: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, systemic family therapy, existential psychotherapy. This combination allows for an individual approach to your request.

Work is possible in personal meetings and online.
The duration of the consultation is 60 minutes. The frequency of meetings is selected individually and will depend on the time needed to work through your issue.
