I went through a difficult journey from a girl who was dissatisfied with her figure, who once did gymnastics, to a confident, healthy and attractive fitness expert. I clearly defined what steps need to be taken to painstakingly create my body, without harm to the psyche and body, and only for health benefits. I have worked and continue to work in prestigious fitness studios in St. Petersburg. I have undergone many trainings from the best specialists in the field of physical education and sports and have not stopped to this day. I work with several famous bloggers from St. Petersburg, helping them on their way to the body of their dreams. I act as an invited speaker at conferences and conduct master classes in my areas.
