Super Poleca salon: TakI go to yoga, I’ve already been to more than five classes, and I like it. I came to class as a beginner, my friend pulled me in, I’m learning the basics slowly but surely, I like the process, I want to continue studying. The teacher is interesting, knows a lot about the history of yoga, gives asanas of varying degrees of complexity, but everything is interesting to do, even if it doesn’t work out, they help. The coach is patient and reserved
