Вера Толмачева (Vladivostok) Psycholog

Good afternoon, my name is Vera Tolmacheva. I have three professions - I am a lawyer, a psychologist and a mother of three children. I also have additional education in dietetics and the psychology of eating behavior, coaching, and family systemic psychotherapy. I am a member of the international association of coaches ICI, the author of trainings, courses, the diary “That Monday”, every Saturday I hold meetings of the regular therapeutic group “The Journey to Yourself”.

For more than five years I have been actively involved in the problems of overeating, eating disorders, personal growth, and family systemic psychotherapy. I am deeply convinced that any changes in our lives must begin with ourselves.
