Let me start by saying that I am a very picky person and am picky about the quality of the services I pay for. After 10 sessions, I began to feel obvious changes for the better in my psychological state. They dug up problems from the depths of my subconscious, which were sealed there unknowingly as a child and seemed out of reach. At first I resisted, there was a feeling that we were going in the wrong direction, but the psychologist, according to my stories from life, had already clearly defined this direction at that time and was systematically leading me. When I again felt those hidden childhood experiences, I simply burst into tears, it was very difficult, but after that it became easy. Thanks to Marina Sergeevna’s patience and professionalism, I was able to gradually work through and let go of these experiences. It’s difficult to describe my feelings after these 10 sessions in words, but in a nutshell, my old gloomy and gray world suddenly blossomed, as if the shackles had been removed from you, that long-awaited lightness and feeling of happiness appeared in your soul.
