Greetings, dear friends, my name is Pavel. I come from a medical family and know firsthand what it means to help people. My grandfather, mother and most of my relatives are doctors. I decided to follow in their footsteps, but to heal not my body, but my soul. And at first I actively studied psychology. I am currently studying dietetics and all related areas. Knowledge of psychology often helps me in my work as a nutritionist.

I don’t like template thinking, carbon copies, because we are all different. And I realized that a holistic but individual approach to each client is necessary. It is important to consider nutrition, favorite foods and food intolerances. I try to build on the characteristics and goals of my clients.
