I have extensive experience in business, in various positions - personnel management, conducting complex negotiations, consulting managers and ordinary employees. Therefore, I can give specific tools and teach you how to use them. In fact, at times I lead the client by the hand - yes, any person, including a strong person, sometimes needs help and support. In any case, a difficult life situation is always an opportunity to become stronger and wiser.
I also study and undergo supervision all the time. In my work I most often use short-term therapy methods and the Gestalt approach.
