Clinical dietitian, received a bachelor's degree in dietetics from the Collegium Medicum in Lublin and a master's degree from the Medical University of Warsaw. Completed a fitness instructor course at Open Mind, the largest school of fitness, wellness and health instructors in Poland.

A good personal trainer must motivate and support his clients. With this in mind, I am a demanding person who does everything to ensure a friendly atmosphere and contact based on trust. Understanding the responsibility of a trainer makes it a priority for me to be safe during personal training and avoid mistakes during classes.
