Together we will create a kind of library of your emotional skills, arranging your experience like on bookshelves in order to successfully apply it in difficult moments. And in any case, you can, only by remembering how you have done this before, immediately change your emotions in the current moment. It's like picking up your favorite book and instantly getting the feeling you felt while reading it.
