In no more than 5 sessions, I will help you sort out your feelings, thoughts and emotions - rediscover yourself and cope with current difficulties. I will teach you how to independently regulate your well-being.

And no matter what the emotions and feelings may seem, all that remains is to realize that at this stage you know how to do best. After all, whatever it is, it helps you in difficult times. Together we will create a kind of library of your emotional skills, arranging your experience like on bookshelves in order to successfully apply it in difficult moments. And in any case, you can, only by remembering how you have done this before, immediately change your emotions in the current moment. It's like picking up your favorite book and instantly getting the feeling you felt while reading it.
