Not so long ago I was doing manicures on my own. But you still need to allocate your time for this, and you can’t do it like a master. Afterwards, when I don’t have enough time, I sign up for this particular spa. They have a variety of services offered. I like the manicure done by the master. I had my nails done at this establishment on 12/07. An extension was made to the upper forms. Master gold Ksenia did the extensions for exactly 4 hours. An important clarification is that this is a master whose experience allows you to do manicures at the highest level even faster. (Photo 1,2) Literally that same evening I discovered detachments on two nails near the cuticle. Having written about this in the chat, the administrator agreed with the master’s mistake and was offered the option of redoing these nails. To which I agreed, but later I couldn’t find time for it due to work. I let go of the situation exactly until the moment when detachments began on all nails. This happened much earlier than I wrote to the chat again. And I wrote again 12 days later, when hair started getting stuck in my nails. Every time I washed my hair, I lost several hairs. For 12 days I constantly filed something on the side at the nail growth point, because... there for some reason they began to take on this appearance. (Photo 3, 4) I wrote about my problem in the chat, the administrator offered to have my nails redone with a 20% discount from another master, for which I logically demanded my money back, because for a minute the extensions cost 2,400 rubles (with a discount on the first visit of 200 rubles for the first visit) cannot have such a disgusting result. Further it was said that the guarantee for the service is 7 days. My question is, how was I supposed to find out about this? Where should I read about your guarantee? On the day of my application, the manager called me and asked if I had had similar situations with other masters and, as a result, they refused to return the money, but offered to have my nails redone by them. Let's start with the fact that if I had at least read about the guarantee somewhere, or if I had been informed about it, I probably would have returned the money, what do you think? The master did my manicure for 4 hours. When I made an appointment with the GOLD master, I assumed that it would take at least 2-2.5 hours. When the price was announced at the end, they didn’t ask me for the first time whether I was there or not, I was simply told the final price. Thank you, at least I read on Instagram about a discount for the first visit. In general, the impressions of the place are simply “wonderful”. I absolutely disagree that I should have my nails done by you. I already have a negative attitude, I have already received poor quality service. I didn’t want any discounts, I’m just simply unpleasant that after spending 4 hours, I get these detachments on the 3rd day and pay all 2200 for it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will not recommend it to anyone in the future. And think a hundred times when reading positive reviews. Perhaps they were written when there was different management, there was no such staff turnover, and customers were treated with more understanding. If everything is fine in your establishment and this is an isolated case, why not step up and return the money?
