My activities are based in several areas:
- Ayurveda - specialist (oriental medicine. I advise on daily routine, waste products, create recipes and end in general - how to live with the acquired knowledge and apply it effectively in life).
- Nutritionist - specialist (here everything is about nutrition and the relationship with nutrition. I create programs. I passed all the programs through my body and got good results with patients. The programs are aimed at beauty, youth, health).
- Specialist in essential oils (for me this is a part of Ayurveda. I also consider the psychotherapeutic side when using oils. And in general, after consultations, patients report that I act as a psychotherapist, because life begins to play in a new way, positive changes come).
- Specialist in hirudotherapy (my favorite, kind, sincere people reach her. Leeches are a section of Ayurveda. I also put them on myself in accessible places on the body. On the face, for example).
- I am also a specialist in Panchakarma (section of Ayurveda. I act as a consultant. I find quality clinics or spa centers around the world and refer patients. I also advise on what is the best procedure to do).
