Psychology is, first of all, the inner world of a person, his feelings, emotions. When we encounter difficulties on our life path, it allows us to stop, breathe out, and realize what is happening. And, having sorted out your feelings, find a solution to any situation:
- Lack of self-confidence, indecisiveness, low self-esteem;
- Inability to say “no”;
- Difficulties in relationships with parents and relatives;
- Problems in relationships with the opposite sex;
- Various types of addictions
- Feelings of guilt, shame, resentment;
- Experiencing life and age-related crises;
- Feeling of loneliness;
- Loss of meaning in life.
You should not expect that during the session I will give a ready-made solution to your problems. Because not a single psychologist has it and it simply does not exist. Anyone who says that this is not so is lying. And this will only mean one thing - the person made the decision for you. Finding a way out on your own can be scary and difficult - that’s why we will work on this with you during our conversations. There can be no doubt that you yourself will find a solution to the situation that is right for you.
In the process, we will resolve not only the initial request with which you submitted. But we will also reveal your naturalness, which will allow you to live comfortably, the way you want. I consider this process fundamental in working with a psychologist. The path to solving problems begins precisely when you can look at your life as its author, you can be yourself, and do not try to be convenient for this world.
Currently I work in a rehabilitation center for addictions, leading support groups. In my work, I rely on psychological and physical methods, such as existential analysis, art therapy, body-oriented therapy.
I do not limit myself to one method of work, but try to apply an integrated approach that is needed for a particular person in his situation.
