Everyone is free to do what they like, freely choose swimming, group training, strength training in the gym, basketball, yoga, etc. My choice fell on the gym. I love training with iron, it’s killer enough to make you crawl out of the gym. Of course, I know when to stop, I know when to stop and go home, I don’t bring myself to the point of losing consciousness. Most often, people shout about what they do, promoting their “sport.” But there is no best option here, especially for everyone. Enjoy your workouts, don't force yourself to go to them.
