Go to a training session (at least online with me) and after it, pay attention to your sensations in your body, feelings and emotions. And write it down on paper: I’m now after training, I’m so pleased with myself, I’m so pleasantly tired. . . etc. And read this every time you are too lazy to train. And always after training, pay attention to these sensations, savor them. Write it down there too. And you will love working out.
