As a nutritionist, I: create a diet that will help you lose excess weight or gain weight, regain energy and get rid of cravings for sweets; I teach you how to correctly calculate the energy value of foods and how to easily keep food diaries; I help you choose foods and dishes with maximum benefit for the body; I find the reasons for excess weight and help rebuild my regime.
