I dreamed of becoming a psychologist since 9th grade. But I managed to do this only at the age of 34. And now, working with people, so different and amazing, and doing it with pleasure and enthusiasm, every day I am convinced that I am in the right place).
The direction of psychology in which I work with you is cognitive-behavioral. In short, it’s about the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behavior. By recognizing and analyzing negative thoughts, we learn to influence our emotional state in the moment. It is also the identification and elaboration of your deep-seated negative beliefs, which in turn affect your thoughts. This is such a closed “vicious” circle, and I will help you break it.
