I use EMDR techniques - eye movement desensitization of emotional and stress disorders, methods of desensitization of traumatic episodes, CBT therapy, guided visualization and relaxation.

- anxiety and worry about food
- self-dislike.

Alexander deserves the highest rating for his work. I came to him with the goal of increasing my self-esteem and getting rid of at least part of my natural modesty. Alexander received therapy for about 3 weeks, there were 6 appointments and that was enough. The goal has been achieved, in addition, following the recommendations that the psychologist told me about, I will continue to improve, but on my own. In general, I am mega pleased with the psychologist!

A very strong family psychologist, and we have seen them, be healthy! From the first minutes, Alexander instills confidence in success; his techniques are not at all similar to the work style of other “family members”. Always in touch, able to motivate, delivered speech and the ability (!) to clearly convey the essence in simple terms, this is what distinguishes him from others. Now if you need anything, only go to him!

I liked the psychologist from the first minutes and still do)) he explains everything in a simple way, but at the same time he is professional and competent! We resolved the OCD issue with him in 3 sessions, and now I will work with him as a coaching psychologist!
