My name is Victoria, I am a behavioral psychologist (fact-therapist) and I work to help you discover behavior strategies that are not working and find the behavior that will work better for you.

Yes, we all experience psychological pain. And that's okay. We are all living people and sometimes we do something that turns our pain into psychological suffering.
Then our task is to find it and change it.

How will the session take place?
We will find out what is bothering you, after which I will ask you a series of questions and at the end of the session we will develop a plan.
A plan to help you deal with the problem.

Perhaps one session will be enough for you and it will help you solve your problem.

But you may want to come back again to better learn some skills, some strategies, or ask some more questions.

As a “fact-therapist,” I am determined to help you already in the first session!

Because I understand and know that very often we put off going to see a specialist until the last minute (we talk with friends in the kitchen, throw ourselves into work, abuse alcohol, get addicted to pills), but when the level of anxiety and restlessness becomes unbearable, we reach psychologist.

Fact therapy is a trans-diagnostic approach and works with a variety of problems.
We need it when there is no time for long-term therapy.

Rapid change is the rule, not the exception!
