3) Problems in relationships - building relationships with yourself, loved ones, other people; searching for a loved one; difficulty being alone with yourself and your thoughts; avoiding contact with people; repetition of the same relationship scenario; I want to change my self-esteem.

4) Increasing awareness of ongoing processes - what is happening to me now? How do I feel now? Does what I perceive match what I feel? What can I do about it now?
